Krakatoa Resources Limited (KTA) was incorporated on 19th January 2012 as a Global Resources Company for the purpose of acquiring resources based projects to create long-term shareholders value through the discovery, acquisition, development of natural resources for gold, copper, iron ore, base metals, and coal projects.
